BTS-200 Battery Test System - I.S.A. - Altanova group
A device for testing all types of batteries using the battery discharge method. Testing batteries from 24 to 240V with a maximum discharge current of BTS200 up to 130A, with ELU load units up to 1300A. The test is carried out in automatic mode with the ability to set different discharge scenarios.The BTS-200 system is designed to test the capacity of rechargeable batteries using the discharge method. The BTS-200 device allows testing battery assemblies with voltages from 24V to 240V. The maximum discharge current of the BTS-200 system alone is up to 130 A, and with ELU-200 load modules – up to 1300 A.
The BTS-200 device can operate automatically according to a specified test plan. The device can be controlled both from the device itself and from a computer.
On the computer, control occurs through the software that comes with the kit. The software allows you to set test parameters and monitor indicators such as battery voltage, discharge current, discharge in A*h (amp-hour), test time.
Using current clamps, it is possible to discharge the capacity to the battery's own load with control of the discharge cycle.
