CBA-1000 High Voltage Circuit Breaker Tester - I.S.A. - Altanova group
System for monitoring the basic parameters of medium and high voltage class circuit breakers. The unit can test oil, SF6 and vacuum circuit breakers in three-phase mode with one and two breaks per phase. Also, a microohmmeter can be built into the device, which eliminates the need to use a separate device.The CBA-1000 installation is designed to monitor the condition of medium and high voltage class circuit breakers. Using it you can check the following parameters of the switch:
- timing characteristics of main and auxiliary contacts,
- currents of electromagnets on and off,
- speed parameters and contact travel parameters,
- contact resistance in static and dynamic modes and checking the operation of the switch at low voltage.
The CBA-1000 can test oil, SF6 and vacuum circuit breakers.
Using an additional option, timing characteristics can be measured on a switch grounded on both sides, which ensures the safety of the operator and the safety of the device.
Installation CBA -1000 runs on battery and mains power. It has a large LCD display on which you can evaluate and analyze the results. Test results are saved in the internal memory of the device.
The device is controlled both autonomously and using a computer through free specialized TDMS software. The results can be printed on the built-in or internal printer.
TDMS software allows you to pre-define a test plan, analyze test results and generate a protocol. The program is compatible with all ISA test rigs. The circuit solutions used in the CBA-1000 are designed for safe and reliable operation in unfavorable electromagnetic environments of medium and high voltage substations and power plants.
The CBA-1000 device in its basic configuration weighs only 10 kg, and with a built-in microohmmeter - 11 kg. At the customer's request, it is supplied in a shock-resistant plastic case.
