CBA-3000 High Voltage Circuit Breaker Tester - I.S.A. - Altanova group
A universal system that allows you to carry out a full range of tests of any type of circuit breaker (oil, SF6, air) medium and high voltage in a minimum time with maximum safety and accuracy. The device has a built-in three-phase microohmmeter. A special algorithm allows you to minimize the number of circuit breaker operations when conducting a comprehensive test.The CBA-3000 high-voltage circuit breaker testing system manufactured by ISA (Altanova Group) is designed to monitor the condition of medium and high voltage circuit breakers. The unit can test oil, SF6 and vacuum circuit breakers.
The device allows you to test any type of high-voltage circuit breaker with the following tests:
- measurement of timing characteristics of main contacts, pre-connected resistors and auxiliary contacts;
- measurement of speed parameters and contact travel parameters with the connection of sensors;
- minimum response voltage test;
- measuring the parameters of a switch grounded on both sides;
- measuring the time of the first shutdown;
- performance testing in complex cycles.
- measurement of currents and voltages of on and off electromagnets;
- measurement of contact resistance in static and dynamic modes in three-phase mode
The ability to check all parameters of the switch automatically in one connection allows you to significantly speed up the time of checking the switch.

- Control of up to 24 main contacts/pre-connected resistors/auxiliary contacts;
- Resistance measurement of 3/6/9 contacts in static and dynamic modes with current up to 200 A;
- Large color display;
- 3 analog and 3 digital inputs for connecting displacement sensors;
