Matrice-210 RTK V2 Industrial quadcopter - DJI
The Matrice-210 RTK V2 quadcopter is designed for industrial inspection and thermal imaging inspection of objects in difficult weather and technical conditions. The DJI M210 RTK has a range of 7 km, a maximum flight time of 38 minutes, and a maximum payload of 2 kg. Operating temperature range -20°…+40°.The Matrice-210 RTK V2 drone was designed specifically for the inspection of power lines, but it is capable of solving absolutely all tasks that users pose to them with high accuracy. Using this drone, you can effectively carry out on-mount inspection of power lines without fear of exposure to electromagnetic interference from high-voltage lines. This drone is built with aircraft durability, all on-board electronic components are duplicated, increasing the reliability of the aircraft and allowing it to be used in the harshest conditions.
A distinctive feature of the Matrice-210 V2 is the flexibility of the flight platform and the RTK system on board the drone.
Thanks to the RTK system, high accuracy of drone positioning is ensured. On board the aircraft there are two geodetic-grade GNSS receivers, which allow centimeter accuracy in plan and height, and an RTK system is also necessary for operating in conditions of severe electromagnetic interference. This drone is indispensable when working in the energy sector and inspecting engineering structures. Two payload mounting points on the bottom of the drone and one on the top allow users to choose the optimal configuration for their mission and collect twice as much raw data from a single flight. For example, to conduct a mounted inspection of a LEV, it is possible to simultaneously install a Zenmuse Z30 multiple zoom camera and a Zenmuse XT2 thermal imager on board.
The drone body has IP43 protection, which allows it to fly in rain and snow. Powerful engines with 17-inch propellers ensure a stable board position even when flying in strong winds.
Matrice-210 V2 is one of the safest drones. It has a built-in ADS-B receiver that provides the pilot with real-time information about nearby manned aircraft.
Matrice-210 RTK V2, unlike conventional amateur quadcopers, can be used in low temperatures down to -20°. To do this, the drone uses two batteries with a heating system.
The M210 RTK has a flight radius of 7 km, a maximum flight time of 38 minutes, and a maximum payload of 2 kg.
The Matrice-210 RTK V2 has a FlightAutonomy collision avoidance function on board; the drone’s front, bottom and top sensors automatically recognize obstacles and prevent dangerous proximity to objects during flight.
Another distinctive feature of the M210 RTK is the DJI SDK system, which expands the capabilities of the drone and allows you to integrate third-party payloads into the quadcopter system. You can design your own gimbal or use a highly specialized payload from a third-party manufacturer, and thanks to the connection ports on the drone body and the SDK system, everything will work as one with high precision.
To control the Matrice-210 V2, a specialized DJI Pilot application is used, which has two control options: manual and automatic mode, and also has the ability to work with several types of payload in real time. For efficient flight, the application has an Activetrack mode for following moving objects and shooting an object's point of interest from different angles.
Included with the Matrice-210 RTK V2 aircraft is the D-RTK 2 base station from DJI. It is a static point during flights and distributes corrections to the receivers on board the drone, increasing the positioning accuracy of the drone. Paired with the TimeSync system, three-way communication between the speaker and the transmitter and the drone is provided. TimeSync also controls the operation algorithms of the flight controller, payload and ensures that the drone follows the flight mission.
