OFIL DayCor® RAILpact HD allows you to detect and record corona discharges in daylight. Detection of corona, invisible to the human eye, is possible exclusively with the help of dual-spectral flaw detectors operating in the UV and visible ranges. OFIL DayCor® RAILpact HD is a high-sensitivity, high-resolution, dual-spectrum UV camera with built-in patented DayCor® technology capable of pinpointing corona sources, visualizing them and transmitting them in real time to a remote receiver, recorder or monitor.
With its outstanding sensitivity and reliability, OFIL DayCor® RAILpact HD is an excellent choice for high and medium voltage catenary diagnostics. The compact camera can be installed in external housings and can be mounted on fixed or moving platforms.
OFIL DayCor® RAILpact HD is used to diagnose medium and high voltage systems, detecting catenary faults caused by design defects, structural and mechanical problems, contamination, insulation damage, loss of hydrophobicity, etc.

EASY INSTALLATION
Thanks to its compact size and low weight, OFIL DayCor® RAILpact HD fits easily into outer housings mounted on train roofs, and can also be mounted on brackets, pan/tilt systems or weatherproof enclosures. Video can be recorded for post-processing, data analysis, reporting and trend analysis.
IMPROVED DIAGNOSTIC CAPABILITIES
The field of view of OFIL DayCor® RAILpact HD can be adjusted by scaling from the widest (10°) to the narrowest - in accordance with the object being inspected. A fixed field of view is designed for automatic autonomous camera operation, while a dynamic field of view with continuous zoom is suitable for manual camera control processes. The selected field of view affects the size of the scanning area.
REMOTE CONTROL
OFIL DayCor® RAILpact HD comes with a set of commands for integration into the end user's remote control device. Commands are sent over 1 GB Ethernet.
