To fix the load during transportation or movement, tie-down cargo belts, slings are used. They press the load against the supports, simultaneously providing its direct and transverse tension. The cargo belt (cargo tie) not only ensures the safety of the cargo, but also prevents accidents that may arise due to a misalignment of the cargo during transportation.

Lightweight and durable load securing belt is made of synthetic tape (polyester). Polyester tapes withstand high mechanical loads, are resistant to ultraviolet radiation, precipitation, oils and petroleum products, and are easily cleaned of dirt. Due to the wide dense surface, the tie-down strap securely fixes the load without damaging it.

Cargo straps for cargo are produced together with a ratchet tensioner (otherwise called a ratchet). The ratchet device prevents the belt from gradually loosening as a result of vibrations that occur during movement. The tape is equipped with additional fasteners - rings, hooks, carabiners, tips, etc.

Cargo tie-down straps are available in various lengths and widths. These settings affect the allowable workload. Mounting fittings are selected according to the size of the tape. Each load requires its own fixation scheme, depending on its shape, weight, dimensions and additional properties (for example, fragility). For each type of load, appropriate load belts will be needed. You can buy them of any parameter - tapes of various strengths and sizes are designed to secure loads from 250 kg to 20 tons.

The use of cargo belts requires compliance with certain safety rules:

• Use only belts that provide the correct working load. Never exceed their carrying capacity!
• Do not use a belt if it has knots, burns, damaged ends, or frayed threads. Check straps every time before use.
• Do not use the strap if the ratchet or fasteners are corroded, cracked, deformed or twisted.
• Use the load straps only for their intended use - they are not designed to tow a vehicle or lift a load.
