Description and characteristics:

The compact, transportable machine is used in the field, on the construction site, in the workshop and in cramped conditions for butt welding of polyethylene pipes and fittings. Range of welded pipes d 40 - 160 mm? PN25.

Positioner. Reinforced design, reliable fixation of pipes and fittings. Molded clamping inserts, with adjustable clamping force, do not slip. It consists of 2 movable clamps, which are driven by two hydraulic cylinders located on the guides and two fixed clamps.

Manual hydraulic unit. Located on the positioner frame. Designed for the implementation of the process of pressure welding and cooling, reduces and spreads the clamps. Protected from pollution. Equipped with: pressure gauge with glycerin, thermostat with electronic adjustment and maintenance of the set temperature. Pressure range from 0 to 140 bar.

Electric cutter. Closed housing, highly secure fit of the facing discs, ensuring the flatness of the pipe facing, chip removal to the outside. Equipped with a working position lock. 220 V + 50 Hz, / 0.81 kW.

A heating element. Uniform temperature distribution over the entire surface of the heating element. Special non-stick coating against sticking. The temperature is regulated 20-250?С. 220 V + 50 Hz / 1.5 kW.

Removable liners. Aluminum liners, each set consists of 8 half rings. d 40, 50, 63, 75, 90, 110, 125, 140 mm.

Container. For storage and transportation of the heating element and trimmer. Serves as a heat insulator for the heating element.

Tool kit. A wrench for easy fixing of the positioner clamps, a square for fixing bolts on removable liners, bolts for attaching removable liners to the main clamp. Different bolt lengths are used for each diameter of the removable inserts, which ensures safety during the operation of the welding machine. Stored and transported in a portable tool box.
