Description and characteristics:

The compact, transportable machine is used in the field, on the construction site, in the workshop and in cramped conditions for butt welding of polyethylene pipes and fittings. Range of welded pipes d 90 - 315 mm? PN25.

Positioner. Reinforced design, reliable fixation of pipes and fittings. Molded clamping inserts, with adjustable clamping force, do not slip. It consists of 2 movable clamps, which are driven by two hydraulic cylinders located on the guides and two fixed clamps.

Hydraulic unit with control unit. Designed for the implementation of the process of pressure welding and cooling, reduces and spreads the clamps. Protected from pollution. Equipped with: an electrical panel for connecting a heating element and a facer with an electric drive, a pressure gauge with glycerin, a safety switch, a control panel, a thermostat with electronic adjustment and maintaining the set temperature. Provides constant pressure up to 140 bar even when the hydraulic pump is switched off. Pressure range 0 to 140 bar, 220 V + 50 Hz/0.55 kW.

Manual hydraulic pump. Designed for the implementation of the process of pressure welding and cooling, reduces and spreads the clamps. Protected from pollution. A heating element. Uniform temperature distribution over the entire surface of the heating element. Special non-stick coating against sticking. The temperature is regulated 20-250?С. 220 V + 50 Hz / 3.5 kW.

Hydraulic hoses. The flexible hydraulic hoses are equipped with leak-tight quick couplings at both ends for connection to the positioner and to the hydraulic unit with control box (hydraulic hand pump).

Removable inserts. Aluminum inserts, each set consists of 8 half rings. d 90, 110, 125, 140, 160, 180, 200, 225, 250, 280 mm.

Container. For storage and transportation of the heating element and trimmer. Serves as a heat insulator for the heating element.

Different bolt lengths are used for each diameter of the removable inserts, which ensures safety during the operation of the welding machine. Stored and transported in a portable tool box.
