The Fluke 754 Multifunction Documenting Process Calibrator is a powerful, multifunctional documenting calibrator that allows you to download algorithms, lists, and instructions created with software, or send data to your computer for printing, archiving, and research. The 754 features an integrated HART® interface capable of performing nearly all everyday tasks that previously required a separate communicator.Features of the Fluke 754 Calibrator:
- Changes voltage (V), current (mA), RTD and thermocouple signals, frequency and resistance of sensors of testers, transmitters and other devices
- Excites/simulates voltage (V), current (mA), thermocouples, RTD signals, frequency, resistance, and pressure to calibrate transmitters
- The power supply of the transducers during the test is carried out using a current loop with simultaneous measurement of the current strength
- Measure/generate pressure with any of 29 Fluke 700Pxx modules
- Creates and enforces "as-found/as-left" (measured/left) automated procedures to meet quality programs or requirements. Records and documents results
- Up to one week saves loaded algorithms and calibration results.
- Uses many features such as "autostep" (automatic step setting), settable unit, user input of values during the test, check of one and two-position switches, check of the square root value of differential pressure flow sensors, programmable measurement delay, etc. .
- Easy to use
- Three years warranty
- Bright double white display. Simultaneously reads output and measured parameters.
- Multilingual interface
- Li-Ion battery for 10 hours of continuous use. Includes gas pressure gauge.
- Work with short-pulse RTD transmitters and controllers with pulse length up to 1 ms.
- Comes with demo version of DPC/Track software.
- Compatible with many Asset Management software packages.
HART Capabilities
The Fluke 754 Multifunction Documenting Process Calibrator is designed to handle virtually all everyday tasks that would normally require a separate accessory device to connect to a separate communicator. In fact, it has the transmission capabilities of the Model 375 HART Communicator.
- Requires no external box or second instrument for daily HART calibration and maintenance.
- Has fast HART communication.
- Supports popular HART transmitters with more device specific commands than any other HART calibrator.
- Works with a group of master devices, in batch mode and with multipoint configuration.
- Easily upgradeable as additional instruments are added and new HART versions are released.
- Polls to determine device type, manufacturer, model, tags.
- Reconfigures the configuration of the sensor distribution map for temperature sensors with two sensors.
- Reads the basic HART PV variables and the output digital signal of the smart transmitter when measuring the analog current (mA) output.
- Reads and writes HART configuration functions for field adjustment of PV ID tags, damping, and other top-level configuration settings.
- Renames smart transmitters by reading and writing HART ID tags.
