Fluke FoodPro Plus Food Thermometer

The Fluke FoodPro Plus combines a non-contact infrared thermometer for surface scanning and a temperature probe for measuring core temperatures. A built-in countdown timer with an audible signal keeps track of the intervals between checks on the line and the cooking and cooling times.

Has all the features of the FoodPro thermometer plus the following:

Built-in retractable temperature probe for measuring the internal temperatures of foodstuffs
Temperature range of the contact probe channel -40 - 200 ?C
Countdown timer for monitoring cooking, cooling and HACCP compliance
Backlit display for accurate measurements in dimly lit areas
The maximum temperature is displayed for quick reference.
