Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge DM5E - General Electric
The DM5E ultrasonic thickness gauge measures the thickness of metal and non-metal products. Explores objects with protective coatings. Range of measured thickness: from 0.60 to 508 mm. The basic version of the thickness gauge can be upgraded with two options: the Dual Multi coated workpiece measurement mode and the DL data logging function. Measurement modes 1. Normal mode. The thickness value is indicated by large numbers in the center of the screen. 2. Mini scan. The minimum thickness value is displayed when the transducer passes along the surface of the product wall; 3.Maxi Scan. The maximum thickness value is displayed;...The DM5E ultrasonic thickness gauge measures the thickness of metal and non-metal products. Explores objects with protective coatings. Measurement modes
1. Normal mode. The thickness value is indicated by large numbers in the center of the screen.
2. Mini scan. The minimum thickness value is displayed when the transducer passes along the surface of the product wall;
3.Maxi Scan. The maximum thickness value is displayed;
4.DIFF/RR%. The measured value is compared with the nominal thickness value predefined by the user, the difference of the two values is displayed in %;
5.B-scan. Graphic display of minimum thicknesses. B-scan is built by measuring and recording 1 point per second.
