Design:

1. Conductor - copper, stranded, round, sealed, conforms to class 2 IEC 60228

• Cross-section of a stranded compacted core of a round shape 25/800 mm2
• Cross-section of a stranded compacted core of a round shape, consisting of 5 sectors 1000/1600 mm2

2. Screen on the core - made of extruded semi-conductive cross-linked polyethylene
3. Insulation - cross-linked polyethylene (2X)

• Insulation screen - made of extruded semi-conductive cross-linked polyethylene

5. Separation layer - made of electrically conductive water-blocking tape
6. Screen made of copper wires fastened with copper tape (S)

Minimum shield cross-section for cables with core cross-section 25-120 mm2 - 16 mm2
Minimum shield cross-section for cables with core cross-section 150-300 mm2 - 25 mm2
Minimum shield cross section for cables with a core cross section of 400-1000 mm2 - 35 mm2
The minimum screen section for cables with a core section of 1200 mm2 and above is 50 mm2

Maximum screen section limits can be set based on customer requirements.

7. Separation layer - made of PET tape

Outer protective sheath - made of PVC (Y)

Specifications:

• Core operating temperature / +900C
• Maximum heating temperature of cable cores in case of failure / +1300C
• Maximum heating temperature of cable cores in case of short circuit / +2500С
• Short circuit duration (no more) / 5 sec.
• Cable laying temperature (not less than) / -150С
• Ambient temperature / -50 / +500C
• Minimum cable bending radius / 15xD (D is cable outer diameter)
