The switch module is an option for the STS 5000 TD/STS 4000 TD systems and is designed to switch signals for measuring the electrical parameters of a transformer with three-phase connections to the high and low sides of the transformer.The STCS switch module, manufactured by ISA (Italy) , is designed to switch signals from the STS device for measuring the electrical parameters of a transformer with a three-phase connection to the high and low sides of the power transformer. This module allows you to significantly reduce the time required for reconnections, as well as eliminate errors when switching.
The following tests can be performed with a three-phase connection using the STCS module:
- Measurement of current and losses
- Transformation ratio measurement
- Measurement of ohmic resistance of windings
- Measurement of ohmic resistance of windings in dynamic mode (DMR)
- Short circuit resistance measurement
- Determination of the winding connection group
