The STS-5000 is designed for testing power transformers, current transformers, voltage transformers, high-voltage circuit breakers, generators, grounding devices and other primary and secondary electrical equipment. The high automation of the STS-5000 device allows you to speed up the testing process and reduce the number of possible errors.STS-5000 - a testing complex for testing substation equipment manufactured by ISA (Italy) is designed to conduct automatic comprehensive electromagnetic and dielectric tests of power transformers, current transformers (CT) and voltage transformers (VT). The device also allows you to conduct a number of tests of high-voltage switches, relay protection devices, grounding devices and overhead lines.
The operator is required to assemble a measurement scheme, enter the parameters of the test object, tolerances, select the required test and press the test start button. The device automatically carries out the test, generating and measuring all the necessary quantities and recording the results in memory. Test results are stored in local memory and can be transferred to a PC for storage, analysis and report generation.
The STS-5000 is controlled in two ways: without a PC: through its own controls and large color LCD display, and using a PC and TDMS software.
TD-5000 is a module used in conjunction with the STS-5000 device to measure the dielectric loss tangent and capacitance of transformers. The module generates voltage up to 12 kV with the ability to change the generation frequency from 1 to 500 Hz. Both units and cables are mounted on a trolley for ease of transportation. The use of unique circuit designs and the ability to test at frequencies other than 50 Hz ensure high accuracy measurements even in the most difficult electromagnetic conditions.
