The TDX-5000 system is designed to measure the dielectric loss tangent and capacitance of transformers and other electrical equipment at voltages up to 12 kV. The high-voltage and measuring parts are located in the same housing with a built-in test control unit. High automation of the TDX-5000 device allows you to speed up the testing process and reduce the number of possible errors. High noise immunity.

TDX-5000 - dielectric loss tangent and capacitance measurement system manufactured by ISA (Italy) . The device is intended for diagnostics of insulation of transformers and other electrical equipment.

The uniqueness of the TDX-5000 lies in the fact that the control unit, high-voltage and measuring units are located in one housing. High voltage is completely isolated from live parts and the housing, so the device does not require additional insulating supports during measurements. The high-voltage cable supplied with the device is also insulated for voltages up to 15 kV and does not need to be hung on insulating stands.

The TDX-5000 system is fully automatic and is controlled using a display, keypad and multi-function button. Measurement results are saved to internal memory or to a USB flash drive. It is also possible to control the device using PADS software (included in TDMS).

When measuring the insulation loss tangent of high capacitance objects such as motors and generators, the RCDT compensating reactor option is included with the instrument.

The TDX-5000 system can be used to measure the dielectric loss tangent of transformer oil. To do this, you must use a STOIL oil measuring cell.

The device is made in an aluminum case with handles. For ease of transportation, the TDX-5000 can be mounted on a special cart with large wheels.
